Be An Original with Karleigh Sue Digi Stamps

Hello everyone!   I am here today to share my post that you can also find on the Karleigh Sue Inspiration blog.  I am of course using using one of the brilliant images from Karleigh Sue Etsy Shoppe.  I hope everyone is having a great start to summer!  We had an entire week of rain last week, but I am hoping to have some nicer weather this week.

Today, I am using Zombie Princess image which can be found in Karleigh Sue Etsy Shoppe.  This is a super fun image and as always, so much fun to color!
I have another different kind of fold to share today and this time it's a split easel card.  I hope you like seeing some different folds, they are definitely fun to play around with!

Another thing about today's creation is that I decided to go completely out of my comfort zone of bright colors and go to a more zombiefied place:)  So, I went with

Copic colors as follows:

Hair - C3, C5, C7, RV66
Skin - RV000, RV00, RV02, V01, V04
Crown - N3, N5, N7, V04, V06
Dress V01, V04, V06, V09, N3, N5, N7

Image is highlighted with V000

My DP is from Prima (cats) and Recollections.  I chose sentiment from Jaded Blossom that is cut with Lil Inker die.  Image cut with Nestie.  Bling flourishes are from Prima.

I sure hope you like how this came out and hopefully it has provided some inspiration for you:)  Remember to check out Karleigh Sue Etsy ShoppeKarleigh Sue Facebook Fan Group and Karleigh Sue Challenge blog.  Have a great day!!

Hugs:)

My card today uses the Savannah's Swing digi from Lacy Sunshine Shoppe.  I have colored her with Copics and cut out with Nestie.  I chose Best Creations DP, which I think is just perfect for this creation.  Chef's hat and tools embellies are from Jolee's Boutique.  Sentiment is a rubber stamp from my stash and it is cut with Nestie.  I went with an easel card with additional folds that I found on Pinterest.  Sure hope you like it and will come play along!

LACY SUNSHINE'S ELEANOR AND PICKLES THROUGH THE YEARS BLOG HOP

Happy Thursday everyone and welcome to the Eleanor and Pickles Blog Hop presented by the Lacy Sunshine DT gals. Sit back, relax and enjoy your hopping experience:)

Late one night in June of 2012, Heather Valentin was on the phone with her best friend and was drawing, like many of us do when talking on the phone, and the result, the first Eleanor and Pickles image – Eleanor and Pickles Book of Spells. The first image of Eleanor by herself, was Eleanor Bookworm.

Now, 3 years later, Eleanor and Pickles make up the largest category of images created by Heather Valentin for Lacy Sunshine Stamps. Eleanor and Pickles along with various other character friends, like Tilly the dinosaur, have had many adventures over the past 3 years and Heather continues to draw new images of these delightful characters.

Over the next 2 days, the Lacy Sunshine DT gals will be celebrating Eleanor and Pickles 3rd Anniversary/Birthday with our Through The Years Blog Hop. Please come hop along with us to win some “Pickletastic” prizes and see some Heather’s favorite Eleanor and Pickles images. You can visit Lacy Sunshine Shoppe to view the entire range of images available for purchase.

The hop begins at Lacy Sunshine Challenge blog and then follows the order below. Make sure you stop at every blog on the hop and leave a comment. Don’t forget to leave a comment at Lacy Sunshine Challenge blog too. Our prizes will be announced along with our New Challenge post on June 21st. Hope you enjoy the hop!!  **If for some reason a blog on the hop is missing its hop post, please skip it and continue on with the hop to the next stop so that you don't miss a chance at the fabulous prizes!**

Return to Lacy Sunshine Blog for final stop.

My project for the hop features a brand new Eleanor and Pickles - "Eleanor and Pickles A Happy World."  This image was made at my request to represent love of mother Earth.  I colored this beauty with Copics and cut out with L'il Inker dies.  Sentiment, from SU, is cut with Lawn Fawn die and I think it fits the image so perfectly.  DP is from Little Yellow Bicycle.  I chose to do a flip card for this project.  The flowers are added are from my newest Wild Orchid Crafts purchase and bling is from Queen and Co.  I sure hope you like how it turned out.  Don't forget to leave me a comment and enjoy the rest of the hop!!

Inky Impressions New Release (and Challenge)

All Dressed Up - New Challenge

INKY IMPRESSIONS has NEW RELEASES!!

Hello again today.  I apologize for my lack of posting recently.  I have been having issues with Blogger on both computers for different reasons and so I am having to use 2 different computers for most of my posts, which is time consuming and annoying, especially because they are on different floors on opposite sides of the house.

We have some AMAZING NEW RELEASES from Inky Impressions, so I hope you will check those out  - the DT has done a great job showcasing them and you can find their samples at Inky Impressions Challenge!   Reminder, we also have our Something's In The Air challenge going on - you have until Tues., June 16 (that's tomorrow) at 6pm GMT to come play along in our challenge, so come link up your project at Inky Impressions Challenge - you can use any images you like.

My NEW RELEASE creation features "Sad Christopher," a brand new digi stamp.  I think he is so sweet.  Image is colored with Copics and cut with Nestie.  I added a button from Bag O Buttons.  DP is from Bella Blvd. and Pebbles Inc.  I chose CS from Coredinations and Doodlebug.  Sentiment is from Craftin' Desert Divas.  Sure hope you like it and will check out the rest of the new releases!

I am also sharing my Something's In The Air Challenge creation - remember you have til 6pm GMT on June 16 to enter this challenge at Inky Impressions Challenge.  My card features Super Girl LiLi, which is a rubber stamp.  I have stamped her using Memento ink onto Cryogen white paper.  Image is colored with Copics and cut with scissors.  Since I wanted her to be In The Air, I made a slider card and you can slide the image back and forth along the top of the card.  Sentiment is from Jaded Blossom's Super Hero set and cut out with die from my stash.  I chose Lawn Fawn dies to cut out circles.  Papers are Bella Blvd. and from my stash.  Buttons are Bag O Buttons.  Sure hope you like it!

All the images I used today can be found at Inky Impressions Shop.   Sure hope you like my creations.  Also, please pay a visit to our Inky Impressions Facebook Group and check out our Inky Impressions Pinterest Gallery.
